Why it matters
Feedback without coordinates gets ignored.
Video is the richest way to give context — and the worst place to discuss it, if the discussion lives somewhere else. Feedback in a chat thread makes the viewer scrub back and forth hunting for the moment being described, and half the time they give up.
Pinning the comment to the timestamp removes the hunt. The question sits on the exact second it refers to, the answer threads underneath, and anyone joining later can replay the moment and read the discussion in one motion.
